One of the best features introduced in the newly released HUAWEI P40 Series is nothing but MEETime, the revolutionary video calling app that Huawei offers. The app helps you to seamlessly communicate even in bad-signal and low-light conditions. You can also share your screens on a video call when making real-time comments and notes about them! The revolutionary EMUI 10.1 operating system drives all of that. Besides that, here are seven awesome features of MEETime:
Make Video Calls in Excellent Full HD Quality
During this period of the
Movement Control Order (MCO), many of us have to rely on that function,
Whether it's for work or just to keep in touch with loved ones, video-calling is the ideal answer — and HUAWEI's MEETime.
The built-in native EMUI the app is an absolute game-changer because thanks to the powerful enhancements
that come with the application, it can support up to 1080p video calling
between Huawei devices, even in areas where users have poor cellular or wi-fi
reception.
More Fun with Real-time
Screen Sharing
MEETime also features a
new two-way Screen Sharing function which enables users to share information
while chatting, bringing users closer to each other on either end of the call.
This opens the door to a whole host of new possibilities through different
scenarios.

When users shop online,
for example, Screen Sharing lets them take turns showing each other what
tickles their fancy. At work, designers and project managers may highlight
their work to their customers using the apps they use through Screen Sharing to
display it to them.
In addition, HUAWEIMEETime is also an excellent tool for recruiters to meet with potential
candidates virtually and evaluate whether they are a good fit for the role,
streamlining the interviewing process, not to mention the time needed to
switch.

HUAWEI MEETime is based
on Huawei 's distributed technology, allowing you the ability to make video
calls using third-party devices as if they were incorporated into your Huawei
system. The ecosystem of third-party apps that support HUAWEI MEETime is
expanding rapidly. Kandao Meeting 360 °: you can connect a Huawei smartphone
with Kandao's all-in-one conference camera to take advantage of its pro-grade
features in a HUAWEI MEETime video call. Drift action cameras: HUAWEI MEETime
is supported by the award-winning Drift Ghost series. Using Huawei's video call
functionality, you can connect your Huawei smartphone with a Ghost 4 K and
strap the camera to a bicycle.
Network
Adaptation
Although in low network
quality conditions, HUAWEI MEETime uses super-resolution technology to mitigate
the loss of video quality in real-time and adjust to changes in bandwidth to
ensure a high-resolution and seamless call experience.
Furthermore, HUAWEI also
launched Connect Turbo last year, which blends Wi-Fi and LTE signals to provide
much quicker download speeds. Link Turbo analyzes user behaviors and network
conditions automatically to determine the best way to deliver the optimum
outcome.
HUAWEI MEETime adopts the
same technology – it switches automatically between a Wi-Fi or a cellular signal,
depending on the communication rate, and it is done seamlessly in the
background.
Low
Light Performance
Huawei has always been a leader in the mobile imagery industry. Due to the facial recognition technology and optimizations that allow it to perform well in low-light settings, poor lighting conditions will not be a problem on HUAWEI MEETime. These ensure you can be seen clearly on a HUAWEI MEETime call even when you are in a dark room.

Simplicity
HUAWEI MEETime is highly
user friendly and easy to use. It is an integrated feature on some HUAWEI
devices running EMUI 10.1. All you need to do is sign in with HUAWEI ID, select
a contact you want to call (who has a HUAWEI MEETime-compatible device) and
press the video call button to start a call.
All Calls Stay Private
HUAWEI MEETime 's core design principles are end to end encryption. By default, all video and audio calls made using the service are encrypted. That means when you're on a video call you 're guaranteed privacy.
